Jianqiu ZHOU

Before being a founding partner of Innotrack, Mr. Jianqiu Zhou initially served as the Vice-President of another IP law firm, where he directly oversaw all the patent works. Meanwhile, he is also very experienced in patent reexaminations and invalidations, patent infringement analysis, in addition to Chinese and International patent applications. Before beginning his career as an IP attorney, Mr. Zhou worked for many years as a senior technical engineer and then as an in-house patent attorney at SINOPEC. It was during these formative years that Mr. Zhou became acquainted with the complex world of corporate IP strategies and standards.
